This commit adds a subheading under the total record count to show the total number of records with errors. The table for harvests now has two more columns. One for the harvest type and the other is the error count of the records. This commit also adds packages to support a linter for the project.

Hopefully those numbers are bogus, but otherwise looks like an improvement. What about extracting the CKAN total record count from the API from: https://data.ioos.us/api/3/action/package_search, and calculating the discrepancy, per #89? We can add later, but I want to keep this on the radar. |
