Something external must be happening because even on a fresh clone of the 0.29 release a bunch of ipfs.files.* tests are failing. I've also just re-run a previously passing CI build from a couple weeks ago that now fails:

Unfortunately I'm really not sure what's causing it. Just wanted to bring this to y'all's attention.
