Thanks for the report,
you should use link to "raw" files when using nbviewer, we didn't had the time to implement better regexp.

in your case that would be http://nbviewer.ipython.org/urls/raw.github.com/jaberg/IPythonTheanoTutorials/master/ipynb/Links%2520to%2520Related%2520Work.ipynb

Which seem to work.
I'm going to close as this is something known and because nbviewer has his own issue tracker.

Feel free to ask again if you have issues.
