This link is broken:

https://c328740.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS_HTML

It is included when exporting a notebook with LaTeX as an html file using nbconvert. I imagine quite a few exported documents are broken at the moment ;p

I believe this is fixed in IPython 2.2.

Looks like there is a link left in ipython/IPython/nbconvert/templates/html/mathjax.tpl
