Original Launchpad bug 515377: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ipython/+bug/515377
Reported by: ellisonbg (Brian Granger).

I have started to use the cluster profile "mycluster" in some of the docs and kernel examples. The problem with this is that most users will start by using the "default" profile, so the examples and docs will be confusing. I need to decide what to do about this.

This will naturally be fixed when the ipcluster docs are updated.
