I am in an US keyboard right now... but probably @Carreau can tell you more because I think he uses a French keyboard... and I had reports from German people having these problems too... Nitpick: I think it's more common to write 'Ctrl-Shift' than 'Shift-Ctrl'. Likewise, Min reckons that the norm for Mac shortcuts is 'Cmd-Shift', at least when written in words.
