This repository consist of my way to build machine learning model and statistical analysis for SAS Data Science Competition.
- Coupon Redemption model for predicting who customer that will use the coupon/promo using classification model and analyzing the main cause of customer decision by using SHAP value
- Customer segmentation using RFM for segmenting customer (by using K-Means clustering algorithm) based on RFM feature, so I can recommend high value customer segment with high potential of revenue so that can be treated with special treatment by the company.
