Marketing-Campaign-Analytics

This repository consist of my way to build machine learning model and statistical analysis for SAS Data Science Competition.

  1. Coupon Redemption model for predicting who customer that will use the coupon/promo using classification model and analyzing the main cause of customer decision by using SHAP value
  2. Customer segmentation using RFM for segmenting customer (by using K-Means clustering algorithm) based on RFM feature, so I can recommend high value customer segment with high potential of revenue so that can be treated with special treatment by the company.
