Replaces the `simplelog` crate with an integrated logging system based on Abscissa components. Renames the `shell` component -> `terminal` and provides initial logging through the Abscissa `terminal` subsystem. This drops all of the previous terminal related dependencies in the process, since they're all no-longer needed, namely `term` and it's abundance of incidental dependencies.
