For a naive user the phrasing "delete data" sounds dangerous. It only pertains to the locally stored grid account configuration, not the data in the archive itself, nor the data on the local hard drive.

Thanks - this is a good point. Perhaps we should even change this to something like "clear your grid info data"?

for me (and my colleagues) as scientist "grid" is a word that does not convey the details that an ICT/HPC person probably attaches to it. I would rather see it phrased as "manage multiple accounts", or "manage your irods server configuration".
