We launch bash and ask it to set up the environment and then launch fish for us.

Here is the pull request for fish support using the
bash -capproach. I've taken your previous comments and amended the commit. I hope it looks satisfactory but I'm very happy to make further changes if desirable.Thanks for making nave.sh, I've found it very useful,
