change how to specify magnetic field in tenes_simple #27

Old version
- Keyword H specifies longitudinal field hx
- Keyword G (means Gamma) does transverse field hz
- No keyword does hy
New version
- Keywords hx, hy, hz specify the corresponding fields
- h and g are deprecated
  - They will be removed in future


          change how to specify magnetic field
