Rework of esx_shops, to add a blackmarket store for deluxe weapon skins, extended magazines, grips, flashlight attachment, suppressor, scope and ammo clips.
Adds BlackMarket location and attachments to city.

Hold the weapon you want to add an attachment to in your hands, then purchase attachment. With weapon out, select inventory and use attachment.
