Application hang when uninstalling secific app.

I have been able to uninstall apps fine except for game 83247, version 267398. Attempting to uninstall this app causes the itch app to freeze permanently resulting in the need to force close the application or terminate it's process. No errors are reported during this freeze so I don't have anything to give to my knowledge.

Hey @RenTec, thanks for opening this issue.

Looks like a legit bug - since there's a single .exe in the archive, itch thinks it's an installer, and tries to launch an uninstaller - but it's not, and there's no uninstaller, and it seems to fall back to 'archive' uninstallation instead, which again tries to run an uninstaller - which falls back to archive and so on.

There's a logic error in there somewhere, maybe I can come up with a quick fix faster than the kill-installers milestone is finished (at which point installers will stop being supported and that bug will be moot anyway - note that this won't affect that particular game since it doesn't use an installer!)
