Release Notes 0.6.1

During the WISEBED WP2 meeting at Lübeck we noticed an incompatibility between the official WSDL files of the reservation system (RS) that resulted out of a typo (in fact it has been a Java code refactoring gone wild). Therefore, a new release was necessary to be fully WSDL compliant. Because of that, all client software and all backend software must be updated to 0.6.1 in order to be compatible with other WISEBED sites.
