* an Arch Linux pkg was introduced in `0.2.7` so detect if dbmenu is installed as a pacman pkg & if so skip updating with pip / pipx * reuses call_the_api() to query Aurweb for the current version in Arch Linux & display it * dist files updated for the pypi 0.2.8 release
