Field class

A FORTRAN module of the abstract field_t class and its subclasses. They provide

• vector potential $\bf{A}$
• magnetic field $\bf{B}$

in cartesian coordinates using different sources (EFIT-file, 3D-Biot-Savart from coil files, spline of griddata, ... )
