Circular network graph visualizations of both a standard and a multilayered connectome
BrainCricularGraph.m plots an expanded circular graph , including white and grey matter datasets and granularity indices.
BrainMultilayeredGraph.m plots a multilayered circular graph , visualizing a laminar-level connectome (our model is based on white and grey matter datasetsm as well as granularity indices).
Both functions are based on an exsiting circular graph visualization tool by Paul Kassebaum (2020): circularGraph (https://www.github.com/paul-kassebaum-mathworks/circularGraph), GitHub).
