Hi, Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
We are using Sep 2018. But still not able to make it work.
It is working perfectly in IE and Mozilla. But we use Chrome.
Any other setting to be changed that of browser?
Any other solutions which will help?

If you are using one the two latest extension versions the Excel export should work fine with Chrome. I only test it with Chrome.
Could you do this:

  • open QS with Chrome and click F12
  • try to export to Excel and take a look at the browser console on the right
  • is there any error message?
    regards

OK, tested
Neither works for me with that version... and also potentially with some others.
Something has just changed and it does not work with Chrome for some QS versions.
I'll work on it and update the extension ASAP.
Thanks for your feedbak!

Some changed in the way you ask about the navigator vendor, in the case of Google Chrome, no changes for the rest of vendors. Not sure about if it's due to a Qlik update or a Chrome update. Anyway it's now fixed the old and latest version of the extension.
If you install it again it will work,
Please use the old version to make it work with your old reports or the latest one for your new deployment.
Regards
