Update compiler options in gc.mak (Win32)

* gc.mak (CFG): Fix info about default configuration.
* gc.mak (CPP_PROJ): Replace deprecated /GX option with /EHsc; remove
deprecated /YX option; add /D _CRT_SECURE_NO_DEPRECATE option (to
suppress warning about vsprintf usage).
