TAP server

The functionalities detailed in this Wike are all on client side.

To test them we need a server able to provide a wide set of real dataset annotated on the fly with Mivot.

This tool will reuse the experience gathered with XTapDB (XMM). It will however use a TAP schema to store the mapping rules instead of a proprietary JSON schema.

This server extension will be released as a VOLLT extension and published as such on GitHub. The setup tool could however be written in Python (TBD)
