An Oracle VARRAY / TABLE type like this:

CREATE TYPE DATE_ARRAY AS TABLE OF DATE

should be treated as a TABLE OF TIMESTAMP, when jOOQ's <dateAsTimestamp>true</dateAsTimestamp> flag is set
