Wrong SQL generated on Query.toString() on SELECT .. OFFSET (no LIMIT)

This query:

System.out.println(dsl.select(a).offset(two));

Yields the following, wrong SQL:

select a
limit  offset 2

Probably, only toString() is affected, not actual dialects.
