OMEMO protocol relies on PEP to publish user's public keys. mod_pep exists in jabberd2, but it does not implement any functionality and simply unconditionally returns mod_PASS. This makes OMEMO largely unusable (it still can work when one of the parties is on a non-jabberd2 server but not when both parties are on jabberd2).
It would be nice if PEP worked (at least enough to facilitate OMEMO).
