Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an admin I find it frustrating when I download assessments and they are in a format I cannot open like Pages or they are in PDF and it is hard to redact names etc. for name blind sifting.

Describe the solution you'd like
Limit to open office and word docs. If the assessor uploads they get an error message 'you can only upload pages or word documents'

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keeping PDF but with name blind sifting and no licence this creates and issue and pain point for teams.
