Problem in seek mode

it is ok when you try to set value to the view, but when you try to enable the seek mode and get the value, you cannot get the exact value.

For example, if I set the max value 100, and when I try to drag the view to 100, it's hard to get the exact value, even when the value showed is 100, the value that I got is not 100.
