has this library been tested to work with ASTRA toolbox?

Hi, yes TVReg has been tested to work with CPU and GPU modes of ASTRA for 2D problems (3D not tested). One can set this up similarly to the demo script 3, where one needs to wrap the appropriate ASTRA forward and back projection calls in a function like the Amf function used in that demo. This setup was used in the publication

for micro-CT data.
