About EMCRK

EMCRK is a library and tools for reading and manipulating various CROOK data structures.

• libemcrk - library of CROOK-5 data structures and accompanying unpack/pack functions
• r40 - R40 to/from ASCII translator
• crkfind - look for CROOK-5 kernels in a file

Requirements

To build emcrk you need:

• cmake
• GNU make

Build instructions

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make
make install
