- Fix zombies sometimes being able to use weapons

This plugin is now compatible with Maxximou5's csgo-deathmatch plugin, just make sure to set "dm_enable_valve_deathmatch" to "yes" in your addons/sourcemod/configs/deathmatch/deathmatch.ini file.
