This document show the basic structure of the folders and basic info. During the time I will add more information.

-- in the Directory /src will be the main source of the codes So far there is only structure for CPU-gold, CPU-many core and GPU

-- Karel send me some file in CPU-gold but is in status Work in Progress, i.e. you can't compile it.

-- in the Directory /testData Is added a *.nb sheet for Mathematica containing some idea how can be generated the test data. --need update

-- new folder Documents - version0.jpg and version1.jpg -- consulting the many core algorithms for CPU
