I have not tested bitcoin-abc support. If you're interested in that, please test it and let me know. For now, I'm closing this issue, but feel free to comment or offer a pull request for any changes needed to support it.

Fix for tx detail display in unpruned envs:

This adds some additional checks to verify absense of txindex before implementing the fallback/graceful-degradation branches, which restores a minor-feature regression: "overflow" tx vin details on block pages...see tx #20 for an example of the feature: https://explorer.btc21.org/block-height/671743?limit=20&offset=20
