Tilled garden soil is a counterpart to vanilla Farmland. It's created by using a hoe (or compatible tool) to till a block of garden soil instead of a block of dirt.

Since the underlying soil has been infused with nutrient-rich and moisture-retaining compost, tilled garden soil has some benefits over conventional farmland:

  • Tilled garden soil is self-hydrating, so it does not need a nearby water source.
  • Tilled garden soil confers a small growth bonus to plants placed on it.
  • Tilled garden soil is resistant to trampling.
