Added fields: urlhash, useragent, created date this commit introduces migrations

@jaredly I am finished with this. For me it is perfectly working. I think, the best think would be to pull this and possible problems solve there. If you don't want to take care about this, add me to the repository collaborators and I will maintain it. |

This PR introduces many new features to Django-feedback such as:
-more info about user's browser state (urlhash and useragent)
-ability to use own "feedback" button(s)
-list_display of fields in admin
-localization (with Czech translation)
-fixing several problems with css, mailing, csrf
-more flexible stylesheet and id/classes
-introducing migrations
-feedback closes also on click to drop (background); the input will persists after reopening
I would be glad, if somebody checks compatibility with older projects before merging this.
