IBM Devworks migration moved. Here is what redirects currently show:
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/d-rtc-github-migration/index.html
-> https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/d-guide-git-rational-team-concert-trs/index.html
-> {some bad jazz article}

But using that redirect format, I could find the original version still online at the 🇯🇵 language version of it: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/jp/devops/library/d-rtc-github-migration/index.html

@jbjonesjr @DaveEide: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/d-rtc-github-migration/index.html is no longer directing to the original content, but there is still the Japanese version left which can be translated with one mouse click
