…t. Added support for collapse_speed and separate fade_out_speed and collapse_speed for conditions which exceed maximum gritter windows allowed.
…o add future options. Fixed bubbling effect so it doesn't affect stickies. Moved Gritter implementation into $.gritter namespace.

First, thanks for the nice work! I really like the presentation and simplicity behind this particular growl system.
I needed to have some more options for a client site I'm working on so I spent some time adding them. I also re-worked some of the base structure to make it easier to add future options. I took the liberty of adding some of these options to your index.html in case you would like to quick preview and/or merge.
