Do you need something static (generated during the release process) or something dynamic? Don't forget we don't run a server right now, so dynamic means: JavaScript in the browser.

It's partially dynamic (meaning you need to refresh the page to see the updates).
It collects all issues with the first public release tag, draw a progress bar and fill a table with that.

Nothing fancy, I'm afraid.
