I also changed the mp.lra version property to be the same for API and TCK. I don't remember why we needed this distinction, but it hasn't been used long.

The error in actions is rather strange. It passed in CI and also for me locally without issues. Can someone restart GH actions please?

Did you figure out what the github actions issue was. This now looks fine to merge so I will do it now.

@mmusgrov no, I didn't have time to investigate. GH actions had some incidents lately so probably something on their side. If it shows up again, I'll look into it. Definitely not related to our code.
