gofmt git hook

This simple pre-commit hook will run gofmt on your changed
files prior to commit.  It is based on 

   https://github.com/edsrzf/gofmt-git-hook

but actually modifies your files automatically.  To install
simply copy to ./git/hooks/ in your repository.
