eucとutf8の変換に対応する処理を追加しました。
旧版のLHa for UNIXで作成された書庫(eucファイル名)を
utf8のシステム上で扱うような場合などに必要になると思われます。
(どの程度需要があるか分かりませんが…)
Mac OS X用の変換処理は、環境が用意できないため
ビルド・動作ともに確認できていません 🙇
