Publish to Maven Central

Not too hard to do, especially as you're already using Maven...

...and it makes it upgrades and dependency management much nicer for the consumers of the Pushy library.

Ah -- knew I forgot something!

I've begun the proceedings and will update this issue as things develop. Right now, we're waiting for the repositories to get created by the Sonatype folks.

Initial release to Maven is done; waiting on review (since it's a first release for the project) and sync to Central.

Everything has been reviewed and we're just waiting for the sync to Central. Artifacts aren't there yet, but there's no more action for us to take beyond waiting. Will close this issue for now and reopen if Pushy doesn't show up in Central in a timely manner.
