qiime2-2019.4 archive release

The purpose of this release is to archive code used in previous iterations of this pipeline (based on qiime2-2019.4) that has been used to process data from the San Pedro Ocean Time-Series. Please note that at the time of this release, ongoing development is occurring with the qiime2-2022.2 version of the workflow. Until a suitable release is available for the qiime2-2022.2 version, please use the code stored in the master branch for your analyses.
