v0.9.2 isn't on PyPI

The most recent version listed is v0.9.0.

Believe it or not, I've tried to upload 0.9.2 to pypi, but I get "Server
response (401): basic auth failed" despite definitely correct credentials.
(I can log in with the same login info.)

I've tried to troubleshoot this and I can't get community support on it.

Sucks... Any suggestions welcome, otherwise I suggest referencing

please retry this with 0.9.3, maybe there was a problem on pypi in the past

I'm not sure what changed, but python setup.py sdist upload just worked, so 0.9.3 is up now.
