deleted some crufty comments. Change the ctrl-PageUP/Down mappings to…

… go through tabs instead of buffers. Changed TagList to use a left window. Added xmllint format settings. Automatically save on FocusLost,BufLeave and WinLeave. Added more links to external sources.
