post_url for posts in subdirectories doesn't work

Hello,

I organized my posts in subdirectories, and recently when have upgraded to latest v1.3.0, post_url doesn't work anymore. The error is:

error: Could not find post "2013-11-03-post-title" in tag 'post_url'.

Does anyone have same problem? It is similar to isue #998

Once you have them in the subdirectories, those links break, right? You'd have to modify it to say `{% post_url /subdir/2013-11-03-post-title %}", or?
