Fix #5392
The current community page does not reflect entirely the Jekyll Community.
This PR fix the mobile navigation problems and insert the Jekyllconf videos in the Getting Help section.
I didn't yet rename the Help section, but this page reflects more the work of the community, in our forums, on StackOverflow, etc.
