Summary
Adding a new class to allow shipping experimental features that are disabled out-of-the-box.
Such features are deemed unstable API and outside the scope of existing semver contract.
Users may choose to enable such features (via their config file) at their own risk and discretion, and provide us with feedback to improve the implementation, all without having to install multiple plugin gems.
Not a draft pull request to invite review/feedback.
