Fix TV Episode focus issues

Fixes 2 scenarios that result in lost focus on TV episode list view

1. Pressing back on resume dialog on episode list
2. Choosing resume and pressing back from video playback

2. Resuming keeps the "resume / start over" popup over the video. You can then hit back and keep watching the video.

I'm still seeing the issue reported by @jimdogx 2. When resuming a video from the Episode List, the "Resume" dialog box pops up again as soon as the video starts playing.
