Changes

  1. Create 3rd option for movie title display - Always Hidden.
  2. Update Movie Grid view to honor title display setting

Only issue I found was that when using the hover option, when you first go into a Library, the initially highlighted item does not show the title. Moving off it and back on it displays it as expected.
