Make https://jenkins.io/artwork/ mobile-friendly

Currently https://jenkins.io/artwork/ looks pretty bad on mobile devices, because it forces a 3-column layout for images there. I would suggest to use more advanced layout in order to improve rendering by using a cards-alike layout.

Examples:

• Use cards for solutions page #3082 by @zbynek for the solutions page
• https://jenkins.io/participate/ (once the rendering is fixed)

I added a few responsive breakpoints for smaller screen sizes.

I'm between two different versions, one where the 2 column layout starts at small (option A) and another that starts at medium (option B). Option A is seems a little dense at small, so I'm leaning toward option B. Thoughts?

Option A (2 columns @ small)
