Possibility to enter Provisioning Profile Name and field for custom Artifact-Name Suffix

Used to override Provisioning Profile selected in Xcode Project. The commandline argument PROVISIONING_PROFILE= is used for this.

Additionally an optional Textfield to enter a custom Artifact Filename Suffix (replacing the Version number) is implemented

There are multiple features in this pull request and I will not merge it as is. I think we need discussion on them. In particular the documentation talks about suffix when it is a full replacement.

Is this working?
I can't see an option in the plugin to override the Provision Profile setup in the project.
Nor does the "PROVISIONING_PROFILE=" setting works for me.
