TODO this is supported natively by three.js directly
mrdoob: ShamanIotasTook, yep, this should work new THREE.Color( "aqua" ); [1:02pm] mrdoob: also new THREE.Color( "hsl(50,50%,50%)" )
so test and remove it if it works
